Our first partner and the pioneer in the production of the corn stick is the company “Defranceschi”, established in 1966 in Italy. The company is a producer of corn semolina made of high-quality corn certified as gluten-free and which is not genetically modified. The company is one of the most recognized in the sphere and its name is a guarantee for excellent quality, having extensive experience and experts in the development and use of high-quality and performance technologies.
Here we would like to get your attention that the corn semolina is a good source of vitamin B1 (thiamine), known for its qualities to sustain the memory, in addition to vitamin B5, and it is a well known fact that the Group B vitamins help the metabolism of the organism (contributing to the dissolving, digestion and assimilation of the carbohydrates, proteins and lipids). It also contains folate, protecting against cardiovascular diseases, and having highest contents in the corn. It also contains dietary fibres, vitamin C, phosphorus and manganese, rich of beta-cryptoxanthin and orange-red carotenoid, helping the lung functioning. The consumption of corn helps building energy even in stress.

For the production of our goods we use natural Himalayan salt. It is extracted in one of the oldest salt mines in the world, located in the Himalayan Mountains. The salt is manually treated, washed and sun-dried. This 100 % natural product has multiple wholesome qualities and is rich of a great number of life-important minerals.
